We are organiser and agency in one
All our programmes are run by our own staff, but we also occasionally work with external partners when designing and organising tailor-made events.
Conray currently employs eight permanent staff and over 60 freelancers (specialists and all-rounders). Each member of staff brings a high level of expertise in their field and above average social competence. Of course the employees have highly developed communication skills and enjoy engaging with the customers.
Thomas Sutter
Managing Director
Following the post-diploma course at Zurich’s Institute of Applied Psychology (specialising in Leadership Psychology) Thomas Sutter started his career at Sinergetic Consulting as a senior manager. Later he became area manager for Corporate Events and Teambuilding Seminars at the world’s largest climbing centre in Schlieren/Zurich. In 2004 Thomas Sutter founded the company Conray AG.
Frieda Knobel
Customer Consultant
After acquiring a Business Management Diploma at the Swiss School of Commerce, Frieda Knobel sought further education in language skills both in Lausanne and London. Frieda started in 2008 with Conray AG bringing with her several years experience of working for an international insurance corporation.
