Our event in Filzbach with farmer Urs and the expert on traditions Martin was a success despite adverse weather conditions! The two hosts were completely in charge of the organisation and the lunch, the cheese making and the various aspects of tradition re-enacted were lots of fun. The food was almost too sumptuous for us but it was delicious. The dairy hut offered the perfect cosy ambiance for being together while it drizzled outside.
