Team Building

Each team is building a hut. This way - with a larger group - a little village with quirky buildings arises. The teams are responsible for planning and implementation of their cabin. A larger group will also have to take care of the overall planning of the cabin village. There are basically no limits to the implementation so get creative!

Natural Building Materials

The building material constitutes of large fir tree branches left behind after felling which make ideal material to build a cabin. To interlink the branches only cord is used which intensifies the teamwork as well as protecting the environment.

In Cooperation with the Local Forester

We will find you a suitable forest in the requested region. The ranger then allocates the place. Should there be a lack of building material the forestry worker will provide an ample supply of branches.

Topping Out Ceremony

Having successfully fulfilled the task everybody toasts to an adventurous teambuilding day in the great outdoors with a glass of white wine or mulled wine. On request we are happy to provide you with drinks and nibbles or a sumptuous barbecue (see Optional Extras).

Team evaluation and coaching

Engaging a professional coach to observe your team at work will ensure that they, and the ­company, gets the most from the whole ­experience. He or she will be on hand ­throughout the day to analyse performance, highlight ­achievements, address problems and help the team to utilise the lessons learnt back in the ­working environment.
