Theatre and Business

The means for teambuilding in modern companies and the ones in theatre barely differ from each other.
In both areas it is about how team members take each other further, advance and work as a stronger team. Theatre only works through communication, awareness, creativity and team work.

Backdrop

Together with a theatre pedagogue we arrange a stage event which is built on techniques of the acting profession. Then content can be adapted to your requirements.

Programme

The participants position themselves in the play so that each one feels at ease. There is a suitable role for each team member. We pay particular attention towards avoiding unpleasant or embarrassing situations.
The teams are asked to independently find solutions to the emerging problems and so convert their newly discovered skills. After a set time the teams get together and present a short scene each of their plays.

Objectives

In this different environment participants get the opportunity to break out of their everyday work life without losing their focus on successful team work. Each team is unique and that’s why there won't be a one-fits-all solution.

Team evaluation and coaching

Engaging a professional coach to observe your team at work will ensure that they, and the ­company, gets the most from the whole ­experience. He or she will be on hand ­throughout the day to analyse performance, highlight ­achievements, address problems and help the team to utilise the lessons learnt back in the ­working environment.
